About

I like making the paved road the easy road: GitOps delivery, sensible CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and guardrails that keep teams safe without slowing them down. Lately that includes AI. I've helped engineers adopt coding agents like Claude Code, and extended an internal MCP server so agents can query company data, adding role-based access control so each person's agent sees only what their role permits.

Before cloud, I spent years in networking and operations, including the core network of a national mobile operator. That background still shapes how I think about reliability, DNS, ingress and on-call.

DevOps / Platform Engineer

Pipedrive · Tallinn
  • Operate the Kubernetes platform for ~300 engineers: 5 Amazon EKS clusters, GitOps delivery with ArgoCD, CI/CD in GitHub Actions, Prometheus / Grafana / Loki.
  • Extended an internal MCP server that connects AI agents (e.g. Claude Code) to the data warehouse, adding RBAC at the protocol layer. Used by ~50 people across 2 departments.
  • Internal AI Champion: led 3 AI adoption initiatives and ran ~20 hands-on 1:1 sessions on AI-assisted development, hooks and skills.
  • Led the move of container images to Harbor and Amazon ECR, and internal npm packages to GitHub Packages.
2019 — 2022

DevOps Engineer

  • AWS infrastructure as code with Terraform; GitLab CI pipelines; database-migration tooling.
  • Built and ran a shared AWS staging environment for QA and development, plus local Kubernetes (Kind) environments.
